Hail Holy Queen Prayer (Salve Regina)

In our prayers to Mother Mary, we honor and worship her Son, Jesus.
When you pray to Mary, you also pray through her to her Divine Son, Jesus! And she is happy to pray for us and to intercede with Jesus on your behalf. You’ve probably asked a friend or colleague to pray for you sometimes. Why not ask the Blessed Mother as well?
When our Lord said to St. John when He was on the cross “Behold Thy Mother” (John 19:27) His mother became ours as well.

Hail Holy Queen (Salve Regina)
Hail, holy Queen, mother of Mercy.
Hail, our life, our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry,
poor banished children of Eve;
To thee do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping,
in this vale of tears.
Turn then, most gracious advocate,
thine eyes of mercy toward us;
and after this our exile, show unto us
the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving,
O sweet virgin Mary.
