RoseMo Cocktail
A Floral Spin on the Cosmo
______________________________________________

I had a Rose cocktail in Disney World at the Epcot Mexico Pavilion called the Lily Aldrich. It was craaaaazy expensive, but I liked it. So I but decided I had to figure out how to make a rose cocktail myself at home. I bought a bottle of Combier Rose Liquor and went to work. My first few attempts did not turn out well. Then I tried subbing the Combier Orange Liquor that I use in my homemade Cosmo for the beautiful Combier Rose liquor and a star was born.
I made a Cosmos and RoseMos and had my friends taste both.
Everyone choose the RoseMo over the Cosmo! Score!
I still enjoy Cosmos. In fact, a Cosmo is my favorite go to drinks when I am in a bar, but it never tastes as good when I make it at home.
The RoseMo is a softer floral version of the cosmo cocktail that seems more appropriate at home.
I hope you like it!
